Is this only for product-based beauty businesses?

No. The Profit Audit is designed for both product-based and service-based beauty businesses. The questions and recommendations will be applied to your particular business model.

How long is the session?

Your private Audit session is 75 minutes.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes. After booking, you'll complete the Business Diagnostic Questionnaire. This gives me the context I need to review your business before we meet. Your questionnaire must be completed at least 48 hours before your session.

When will I receive my Strategic Priority Report?

Your personalised report will be sent within 48 hours after your Audit session.

Will you implement the recommendations for me?

No. The Profit Audit is a diagnostic and strategy service. You'll leave with clear recommendations and priorities, but implementation is separate. If you want hands-on support, Bellanath Private Advisory covers advisory and implementation.

What happens after the Audit?

You can take your recommendations and implement them independently. If you want personalised advisory and implementation support, you can apply for Bellanath Private Advisory. If you sign a Private Advisory agreement within 14 days of completing your Audit, your Audit fee is credited toward your advisory fee.

How do sessions work across time zones?

Sessions are held by video call. After you book, we agree a time that works for your time zone.

Is the Profit Audit financial or accounting advice?

No. We may examine pricing, costs, margins and other commercial information as part of understanding the business, but the Profit Audit is a business strategy service and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
